Once the DPF has been removed from the vehicle, it is inspected for any signs of physical damage, such as cracks or melting

A specialist cleaning solution is introduced into the DPF to loosen stubborn soot, carbon and ash deposits that have built up deep within the filter's honeycomb structure. This solution is left to work through the contamination, breaking down deposits that normal regeneration cannot remove.

We then uses a carefully controlled combination of water and compressed air to flush contaminants from the filter. Rather than relying on excessive heat, the machine delivers precisely timed pressure pulses that dislodge and remove trapped debris without damaging the delicate ceramic core of the DPF. This process can remove up to 100% of accumulated soot, ash and carbon deposits from compatible filters.

After cleaning, the DPF is dried using the machine's integrated heated air system. This ensures the filter is completely dry and ready for refitting to the vehicle, eliminating unnecessary delays

A final pressure and flow test is carried out to confirm that the DPF has been successfully restored. We provide before-and-after readings, giving clear evidence of the improvement achieved through the cleaning process.
